We work alongside GPs, allied health, community organisations and the people of the ACT to make primary care easier to find, easier to use, and fairer for everyone.

We are an independent, not-for-profit organisation. Established by the Australian Government in 2015, we commission and coordinate primary health care across the Australian Capital Territory.
We don't deliver care ourselves — we work with GPs, allied health professionals, peak bodies, consumer organisations and community to make sure Canberrans get the right care, in the right place, at the right time.
CHN respects the Ngunnawal people as the Traditional Custodians of the land on which we work, and pays respects to Elders past and present. Read our full Acknowledgement ›
